Reading every permit in the Netherlands, so sales doesn't have to

EventDock rents out camera security, WiFi and access control for construction sites and events. SignalDock tells their sales team where to be before the tender does.

The story

The challenge

Dutch municipalities publish thousands of event and environmental permits every month on Overheid.nl. Hidden in that stream are the festivals, construction sites and markets that need temporary security and connectivity.

EventDock's team used to scan these publications by hand. It was slow, inconsistent, and the best leads were often found after a competitor had already called.

The pipeline

SignalDock polls Overheid.nl every 30 minutes. New publications are classified by an AI model, then scored on project size, duration, distance from EventDock's depots, product fit, timing and commercial relevance.

Qualified signals are resolved to the organising company, enriched with decision makers through Apollo, geocoded with PDOK, and synced to Attio as deals with the full score breakdown attached.

The result

Sales starts the day with a short list of scored opportunities instead of a feed of permits. Every deal explains why it scored the way it did, so the team trusts the list and tunes the rules when the market shifts.
