SignalDock
Now live in the Netherlands and Belgium

The AI SDR that sells on European public signals

SignalDock reads tenders, permits and company registries across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, researches every buyer with sources, writes outreach in their language, and books the meeting. You approve what goes out.

How it works

From publication to booked meeting, every step recorded

Each stage is idempotent and writes a processing run, so you can see why a signal was ignored, why a message was drafted, and trust what lands in your CRM.

  1. 1IngestTenderNed, TED, the Omgevingsloket and municipal publications are polled on a schedule, deduplicated and versioned.
  2. 2ClassifyAI structured output decides what the signal is about, with the prompt version recorded.
  3. 3QualifyDeterministic rules and AI assessment produce a 0 to 100 score and an ignore, qualify, or opportunity decision.
  4. 4ResolveBuyers and contractors are matched against the KvK and other registries before anything new is created.
  5. 5EnrichA waterfall of providers finds decision makers and verifies their email before anyone is contacted.
  6. 6ReadyA qualified, resolved, enriched signal becomes an opportunity your team can act on.
  7. 7ResearchA research agent reads the tender, permit and company registry and writes a brief where every fact links to its source.
  8. 8OutreachAgents draft a Dutch, Flemish or German sequence in the right register. You approve, or let autopilot send within your caps.
  9. 9SyncReplies, meetings and outcomes flow into HubSpot, Pipedrive or Attio, keyed so nothing is duplicated.

AI agents

A sales team of agents that shows its work

Each agent has one job, a recorded prompt version, and a human checkpoint. Nothing is sent that you cannot trace back to a source.

Built for Europe

One market at a time, with the local rules built in

Each country has its own sources, languages and cold outreach law. SignalDock ships them as a market you switch on, not a setting you have to research.

Scoring

Explainable scores, not black boxes

Every signal is scored with deterministic rules you configure per project. Move the sliders: this demo runs the same scoring engine as production.

Integrations

Signals in, meetings out

Providers are small, typed adapters. Add a source, a mailbox or a CRM without touching the pipeline.

For developers and agents

One contract, three surfaces

The app, the REST API and the MCP server call the same services with the same permissions. Nothing is a second-class integration.

Every screen in the app is a typed operation on the same contract, with OpenAPI 3.2 and a Scalar reference.
