When the reply agent offers your booking link, prospects book on Cal.com. The Cal.com webhook tells SignalDock about the booking, so it can:

• match the attendee to the contact, their sequence, and their opportunity,
• stop every sequence for the contact and withdraw pending drafts,
• log the meeting in your CRM (with auto-sync on),
• send a reminder in the email thread a day before.

Cancellations mark the meeting cancelled; reschedules move it.

1. On Integrations, connect Cal.com. Choose a long random string as the webhook secret and save it; it is stored in Vault. The card then shows your organization's webhook URL: https://api.signaldock.dev/api/webhooks/calcom/{organizationId}.
2. In Cal.com, open Settings → Developer → Webhooks → New, paste the URL, select Booking created, Booking rescheduled, and Booking cancelled, and enter the same secret.
3. Put your Cal.com booking link in Settings → Outreach → Booking URL.

Cal.com signs each delivery with X-Cal-Signature-256, the hex HMAC-SHA256 of the body with your secret. Unsigned or wrongly signed deliveries are rejected with 401.

Leave the booking URL empty to let the reply agent offer times from the calendar of the connected Gmail or Microsoft 365 mailbox instead. See Meetings.
