Closes a conversation the reply agent escalated (`thread_status: needs_human`) once a person has handled it.
Record a meeting POST
Records a meeting booked outside SignalDock. Like any booking, it stops the contact's sequences, syncs to the CRM when auto-sync is on, and schedules the reminder.
