Provider key overheid. No API key is needed.
EventDock’s seed source queries municipal publications, for example
omgevingsvergunning and evenementenvergunning rubrieken. CQL is sent to
https://repository.overheid.nl/sru/ with an inclusive dt.modified>=
window. The cursor is { modifiedFrom, startRecord }.
Because the modified filter is inclusive, dedupe is not the cursor. Rows
are unique on (source_id, external_id); a content hash skips unchanged
payloads.
