Copilot

The copilot is a chat in the app (Copilot in the sidebar). It uses the same tools as MCP, with your own account and organization access, so answers come from your data rather than the model's memory.

Try questions like:

• "Which tenders in Noord-Holland fit us this week?"
• "Show the approval queue and summarize what needs my review."
• "How did outreach perform over the last 30 days?"
• "Propose a campaign for our best opportunity in Utrecht."

Reading data runs straight away. Anything that changes data or contacts people waits for a click: the chat shows the tool and its input with Approve and Deny. That covers approving or rejecting drafts, proposing or accepting campaigns, enrolling contacts, starting a source run, reprocessing a signal, resolving a reply thread, and setting an outcome.

Sending still follows the campaign's review mode. In review mode, drafts go to the approval inbox as usual.

Prompts and tool results go through the AI Gateway with EU inference, like the rest of the pipeline. Conversations are not stored; closing the page clears the chat.
